Speaking Engagements

Tina McIntosh founded Joy’s House in 1999 at the age of 27. She had dreamed of creating a place – an inviting warm and homelike organization – to care for aging and challenged adults during the day. Today Joy’s House serves families of greater Indianapolis and is a vital thriving nonprofit organization located in the Broad Ripple area and on the South side of Indianapolis. Tina currently serves as president and CEO primarily focused on development, marketing, and caregiver support and education.

Over the years Tina has participated in numerous not-for-profit boards and believes in the power of helping others and the beauty of Indianapolis. Tina McIntosh would be happy to present to your company or organization on the benefits of adult day and caregiver support services and what Joy’s House provides to families. Possible speaking topics include:

  • Values and Vision
  • Joy’s House Adult Day Services and Caregiver Support
  • embrace the imbalance
  • and more!

If you are interested in a presentation for your employees or your next meeting please reach out to Tina McIntosh at 317-978-9889 or email her at tina@joyshouse.org.

Everyone talks about finding balance in life and we strive for it, only to set ourselves up to fail. There are going to be times that a project at work takes a lot of my attention or when my kids or husband need me to be solely with them. So balance? I don’t even try. I choose to embrace the imbalance and to fully be where I am.”    – Tina McIntosh
