“Everyone talks about finding balance in life and we strive for it, only to set ourselves up to fail. There are going to be times that a project at work takes a lot of my attention or when my kids or husband need me to be solely with them. So balance? I don’t even try. I choose to embrace the imbalance and to fully be where I am.” – Tina McIntosh
