Caregiver Health: The Perils of Emotional Overeating

May 10, 2017

I don’t know about you, but the saying Eat to live, don’t live to eat, goes out of my head when I am stressed, sad or emotionally tired. Caregivers are no different and are actually at a higher risk of emotional overeating for a number of reasons, with isolation being at the top of the list.

Recently on Caregiver Crossing we were joined by friend and dietitian Staci Small, founder of The Wellness Philosophy, who talks with the team about the health concerns of overeating.  We also share tips on how to overcome emotional overeating and how to stay on track. Click on the links below to hear the conversation.

You can stream Caregiver Crossing live every Saturday morning beginning at 7am at www.WIBC.com.
